Out in nature is the best place (besides my hypnotic chair) to return to the truth of you and be confident in that. To Be Real. If you are drinking too much, smoking, have an unhealthy social media habit or are unhappy, it is because you have left the best part of you behind…society and our environment tried to change our truth, to make us conform to what is comfortable for them. BUT, that is not the truth of you.\nThis hike is a mind expanding and physically active experience.\nWe will learn from nature how to return to our true nature.\n\n\nThink of it as a walking meditation. Or a walking workshop. Participants will also create some nature art that will be the reminder of the meaning of the hike.\nBring water in a back pack, keep your hands free.\nMEETING PLACE:\n Parking lot for nature trail is off Spring Creek, east of Jupiter Rd.  Do NOT go to the park on Los Rios.  WHEN YOU REGISTER, I WILL SEND YOU A GPS LOCATION.
