HOLIDAY DE-STRESS HIKE

1 hour stroll through Wilson Creek Nature Trail and 30 minute mediation practice at the Dwayne Howell Meditation Garden. This is a FREE event.  Happy Holidays from the Hypnotic Hiker.

Release accumulated anxiety and worry related to having to PERFORM over the Holidays. Re-connect to the spirit of the season (your own meaning). Find joy and peace and learn how to share that with your family and friends.

This is a FREE event.  We will be meeting in a parking lot that is a short walk north of the trail.  The trailhead itself as pictured in the plaque above, is not accessible by car. The trail is behind (roughly) a recreation center that is off the service road for I-75.  But don’t park at the recreation center.  I will send the name of the parking lot to the registered guests the day of the hike.
