Our focus for this hike to to get quiet inside and connect with our life purpose.

Watch this video for more about the concept for the hike.  Besides some deep inner work we will be doing some long physical work too, hiking 5 miles.  Hypnotic Hiking combines the power of the unconscious mind and the de-stress powers of a long hike in the natural world.

This hike location is Brockdale Park at Lavon Lake in Lucas TX.  It is an Equestrian Trail and is part of the Trinity Trail Preservation Association.   The trail is out and back 5 miles total, flat terrain.
