Sedona is known for the vortex energy, we will learn that our vortex is always around us and we can tap into its power to do anything, anywhere.  You will learn that you don’t have to leave your town and travel to get into the Vortex (powerful, positive energy).

8-12 participants will fly to Phoenix AZ, our driver will pick you up and drive you to the hotel. The van will be available after our hikes to take you to other destinations.

We will be staying at the amazingly luxurious Arabella Hotel which is in walking distance of shops and restaurants.

This trip blends vacation, hypnotic hiking and self care workshop. Guests will experience an equal blend of free time and group learning and activity.  Hikes are 4-6 miles and easy to moderate.  Temps will be in the 50s-70s.  PERFECT!

Price is $1450 plus airfare based on 8.  12 is max.   Double Occupancy.  Includes: 4 nights hotel, breakfast each day, workshop, one group dinner, transportation and daily hypnotic hiking tours.
